Every client of Oxus MCO LLC has the right to submit a complaint or suggestion regarding the quality of banking services. Your feedback helps us to improve our services and further develop the bank.
Complaint Submission and Review Procedure
Complaints are processed according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities” within legally established time frames, not exceeding 30 days. Clients are notified of the receipt of their complaints within three business days.
