Position - Investor Relations Manager:

OXUS Tajikistan is looking for a well-organized and analytical Investor Relations Manager to provide insight and direction, follow and complete debts/fund transactions, and effectively maintain OXUS’s debt portfolio developments.

Investor Relations Manager is a senior management position in OXUS Tajikistan reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer and OXUS Development Network Headquarter (Paris) and to excel in this position, you will possess a sound understanding of all investment policies and guidelines, demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and maintain a strong professional work ethic.

Location: Dushanbe

Responsibilities:

• Organize regular reports to investors and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies.
• Attend annual meetings, review quarterly financial statements, and remain up-to-date with any important valuation or policy changes.
• Lead the funding strategy unit within the organization.
• Liquidity management of organization.
• Perform regular administration duties of all investors related files.
• Help manage and uphold current relationships with investors.
• Developing and implementing effective investment processes and strategies 
• Conducting thorough research funding market behavior 
• Preparing and maintaining investment reports  
• Reviewing the company’s financial statements 
• Along with CFO preparation and providing financial projections
• Keeping up-to-date with any changes or developments in the investment sector 
• Analyzing company’s budget and allocating assets

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in social sciences/humanities (ie. anthropology/development economics).
• Regulatory legal acts in the field of providing credit services, requirements for the provision of financial services, as well as know the regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Tajikistan and the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;
• Previous experience working within a development/social performance in microfinance.
• Experience working with complaints and suggestion systems.
• Experience in developing and executing projects of social sector.
